A number of sample ICT courses with varying degrees of cross-curricular scope. Most have some kind of planning and review section. Use more for ideas and adaptation than expect a neatly packaged and completed course.

The Java Programming workshop is, however, a complete course.

  • We will look at a large database in Excel and then import it into Access to see the different types of searching and sorting that can be done there.

This unit will not cover relational aspects of the Access database but will look at queries and form design.
  • A space for my Year 9 ICT students to get resources and upload assignments.
  • This course is about designing questionnaires to collect data and using databases to analyse it.
  • In this course students develop the skills of a graphic program (Corel Draw) and then they learn to apply these skills to illustrate a book they have written in their English Class. The best books will be printed and bound for the DCB library.
